I started JLB in October 2021 with a mission to elevate the level of recruitment done at the mid-senior level within the sports, media and entertainment industries. Using the guidance and advise from the team, I have been able to create a firm that aligns with our values and passion for these industries. Operating across the UK and US we now look to build on our successes and hire authentic, passionate people to grow JLB into the go to recruitment partner.
