What is our criteria?
We invest in individuals or early stage companies. We look for exceptional individuals who have self belief they can build a high growth company.
We invest in the individual, sometimes without a team, revenue or a company.. just with an idea and self belief that they can build a high growth business which is uniquely positioned.
What does our process look like?
The first step would be an informal meeting with one of our founding partners to better understand you. If that goes well we would then meet the rest of the team and look at a potential business plan. We are entrepreneurs too so if we like your idea we will act quickly and get it off the ground.
What sectors do we invest?
We invest predominantly in recruitment and search businesses. Our current portfolio includes tech, life science, strategy, sport , finance and professional services. Maison Margaux is our first investment outside recruitment focused within the luxury homeware and events business. Our approach is global.
