Ben received a first in economics from Birmingham and Sorbonne universities. He founded his first start up executive search business at the age of 24 which now features in the top 10 of global search businesses. Ben has built multiple executive search and recruitment brands that have featured in the fast track 100 of fastest growing British private companies.

Jeremy graduated with a first in economics from Birmingham University. Jeremy started his first entrepreneurial venture at the age of 25 and has had a string of successes within the leadership advisory, executive search and recruitment field. Jeremy is passionate about the psychology behind building highly effective teams and the science of leadership.
